Online Purchases

All purchases ordered online are final sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be accepted, except for conditions under “RETURNS & REFUNDS.”

Discount codes must be applied prior to checkout or otherwise will not be applied to the purchase total.

All sample sales, coupon/discount promotions, and promotional sales are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Free shipping is not included. All sales, coupon or discount promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Coupon/ discount promotions cannot be used on previous purchases. Coupon/discount promotions cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped upon payment receipt. 

 

Shipping

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Orders shipping to these addresses will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address

Free international shipping is available for full-price orders over $500 and sale orders over $800.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the weight of the items purchased, the original retail of the items purchased, the country of manufacture and the destination of the packages

Customs, duty, and import fees may occur for international deliveries. Customers shall bear all additional taxes and import fees that may arise.

 

Returns & Refunds

Only full priced orders shipped within the USA and China will be eligible. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which the item was shipped. All sale merchandise is final sale.

Please state your full name, date of purchase, invoice number and reason for refund in the email. You will receive a response within 3 working days. You will receive an email from our customer care liaison confirming that your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed and your financial institution and up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
